Services offers opportunities for careers in many different occupations.
We provide the following services to County departments:
Administrative Services:
Financial Support - Provides payroll, accounts payable
and receivable for General Services divisions.
Procurement Services - Purchases services, supplies, and
equipment for County departments, interoffice mail delivery and
surplus property disposal.
Risk Management - Provides Workers' Compensation liability
insurance and employee safety programs for the County.
Support Services:
Facilities Maintenance - provides a full range of maintenance
and custodial services for county owned buildings.
Capital Projects - provides archtectural services for
new building construction and remodel projects.
Real Property - Provides property leases, acquisition
and property management for County departments.
Vehicle Operations - Purchases, maintains, repairs, and
fuels vehicles for County departments.
Information Technology Services:
Communications - provides telephone, radio and microwave
services.
Computer Services - Operates and supports the County Wide
Area Network (WAN) and mainframe, support for County standard
computer hardware and software, and help desk.
Government Access TV - Provides Government Access TV broadcasts
of various public meetings.
Reprographic Services - Provides offset printing, copying
and bindery services to County departments.
